The narrative based element to the music video 'Afterglow' by Wilkinson is the predominant appeal, and something that we wish to emulate when making our own video. However the aspect during the track which stands out the most to me is the writing which is placed parallel to the narrative, describing all the activities which the couple get up to during the time of their relationship. The concept is simple, but I felt it was very effective, as when I watched the video I felt like I connected with the characters more, making it a more enjoyable watch.
